My husband, Steven Jones, has written a book: An Invitation To The Dance (available on Amazon) - it's about his ET Contact and the Revolution of the Human Consciousness! In 2011 we spent 6 months touring the US attending conferences and talking about his work. I decided to keep a rolling-journal of our escapades and the details of which are all contained within this Blog. The exciting adventure continues, so I will report it as and when it happens..... TOUR DIARY 46 – Saturday  30-7-11 – Star Trek info…Singing crickets – brainybright people – New ideas - Stunning Sunsets – Fat cat and thin cat – NYC in the rain with the Sopranos ….. and we finally get ready to come home.

What a fantastic time we have had here in Newport.  Each time we have come it has always been so amazing with 4 days of intense conversations with people from all over the world who are experts in their fields or who have had a lifetime of ET contact experience.

There were a few new additions to the group this time.. Rudy and Jane Shild had to go to Prague where Rudy was giving talks on his Black Hole/Spirituality theme and Barbara Lamb was key-note speaker at the Annual Mufon Symposium.  Both of them were very sad to not be able to attend and they were so sorely missed.

Bob Brown came up from Honduras where he now lives and runs a business flying people from Island to Island.  I asked him how it felt to not be running the UFO congress after all those years and he seemed O.K. with it and I also had a chance to talk with him about his years when he did a lot of work “Ghost Busting” so I gained much information about that subject and what it all means. He spent ages telling us how to get to his Island when we come back for the conference here in Taos in October.  He really wants us to go and spend some time with him there.

Renato Longato came after an extensive tour of Europe where he has been key- note speaker in many countries talking about what 2012 might mean and all things to do with spirituality and the ET presence.  I was also able to ask him about Shaman work with Spirits and Entities and got some really clear information, which will be great for the Forum where people are debating the truth or non-truth of such possibilities in great depth.
That particular conversation started around the breakfast table at 8 a.m. and was still going at 1.30 p.m. with almost all the guests sitting in and giving their perspectives.  It culminated in a question being raised about whether it is right to do a wrong or an evil act if the outcome would be to save the lives of thousands of people.  Bob had posed the question as…. “Because Dick Cheney ordered the stand down of the fighter pilots who could have shot down the planes which were going to crash into the twin towers.. all those people died.”  Bob then said that if it were possible to ‘take-out’ Dick Cheney so that the action went ahead – the planes were shot down - and the towers and all the people lived (not withstanding the fact that all the plane passengers would have been sacrificed) would it have been right to have killed Cheney? He asked for a ‘gut reaction’ first and then a thought out reason.  Most people replied ‘yes’ by gut reaction but in giving their thoughts they changed that to a ‘No’.  Bob said nothing had been gained by all those people dying and added that hundreds of thousands of Iraqis and Middle East citizens must also now be added to that death list.  But I disagreed and said that so many Americans were now aware of the truth of what really happened on 9/11 and because of that they ‘woke up’ to the true nature of their own government and now hopefully that will facilitate a change in their attitude, in that they will no longer blindly believe everything they are fed by the media or told by their politicians.  In doing so they will say No to things and we can make important changes to how things are being done.

It was an amazing marathon session, usually there are little pockets of 6 -8 people gathered on the porch or around the table just talking about what interests them in that precise moment, which could be ET contact, astronomy, astrology, nutrition and the new advances in ideas and information, Harvard’s take on new ideas in psychiatry and hypnosis, ET craft and how they work, new contact experiences and what was told and obviously what it might mean etc.

As Rudy couldn’t come this year he sent one of his colleagues who had such a wonderful time.  It must be a bit daunting to come into a group which has been in existence for over 16 years and who backgrounds are so incredibly varied and also so highly respected and then try to hold your own.  He contributed so much though and everyone loved him.  He had been an avid reader of anything to do with the ET question from a young boy of 4/5 when he found a UO book with pictures in his book library in his nursery school.  (As they say here, go figure!)
He was also a huge fan of John Mack’s and tried to get into Harvard just so that he could be near this wonderful man.  He got accepted for a job there and then when he was about to join he found out that John Mack had been killed in England.  He was heartbroken, yet when he still took up the job he met Rudy and Rudy said, “Have you ever heard of my late colleague – John Mack?”  When he replied that he was the reason he wanted to come to Harvard, Rudy invited him to do research work with him.  Unbeknownst to him, he sat on the last night in John Mack’s dinner chair.  John always sat next to Anne at the head of the table.  When he told his John Mack story Anne said.. “John always sat in that chair you are in”…  Goose bumps were had by all….. He had the most wonderful time and like all of us when we have to say goodbye it is a very emotional time.  We create a bubble of loving energy, which is so unique and so it is hard for all of us to go back out into the world… not having that wonderful energy to tap into.  I am so grateful that Steve and I have our own little bubble, but a lot of these people are on their own and this gathering is their highlight of the year.  I was especially sad to say goodbye to Mary.  We have been together now for the past 6 weeks and she said it has been so wonderful for her to have the time with Steve and I together and to share in the fun and games we get up to.  For me it was a blessing to have her to myself for that time as she is really an Angel in a human form.  Her students must feel so blessed to be taught by her…. I shall miss her so much.

A few funny anecdotes were that apparently a long time ago a young man used to hang around the Harvard Astronomy department taking all the guided tours over and over again and then trying to snatch conversations with all the dons.  He would ask questions like “If a ship could travel faster than the speed of light, what would it look like?”  They would reply that it was a nonsense question as no craft could travel faster than light (Got that wrong then didn’t they!)… So the young man would say….”But, if it could, …what do you think it would look like?”  One of the things they came up with was that it would have a red glow around it.
So lots of questions like that over time.   In the end the young man applied them all to his scripts for all the Star Trek and ongoing saga series of science fiction, as he was Gene Rodenberry!!  What the astronomers realized was that he was a visionary as so much of the conceptual ideas he came up with have now been proved scientifically.  The  most important one for me being the Prime Directive, which is to never interfere with another civilizations way of life.  Shame he didn’t put out these ideas a few centuries back…we would have a lot more wonderful Native Americans still alive.

The weather was milder… thank goodness… I had almost reached my saturation point with trying to deal with the killer heat.  We had a wonderful downpour on the first evening which cleared the air and the next day we spent most of the afternoon all of us in the pool with the heated area at the end, so you pop into the cold area, swim and chill and then jump into the hot end.  I got to talk to a new couple of amazing youngsters.  The man is Anne’s Tai Chi teacher and I don’t think I have ever seen such a young person exude such natural spirituality.  His partner is a teacher dealing with children with learning difficulties and she recognizes, as so many of us do, that these are the Indigo children who cannot be taught by the usual methods or follow the usual methodology as their brains work in completely different ways.  She was so psychic and intuitive as well as being so incredibly articulate and we had an amazing afternoon talking about Betty’s work, my understanding about Indigos… and then we roped in Mary to talk about how she personally applies her understanding to teaching these incredible kids.
At the end of the evening we had become such firm friends and she said “I think you must be the other ‘Dolphin’ person I was supposed to meet, Anne Cuvelier was the one, but there is another one of you here that I need to connect with, so would it be correct to say, it is you?”  I said, …”If what you mean by Dolphin Person is that I adore them and whales and have campaigned for years to protect them, would that be it?  Also that I know some great Dolphin stories?”  She said, “Take this” and took off a silver dolphin which I had been greatly admiring which was hanging off a chain around her neck.  Its design is exquisite and I immediately put it in my hand and started to stroke its stomach.  She laughed and said “Yes it is definitely you, if you immediately start to stroke it, it has been made for you.”  I was so touched and shared with her all my Fungi stories about the Dolphin in Ireland and she said she is going to go to Ireland soon and would look him up and that she would be in London for a week and so we could meet again there.
She said a very psychic and enormously talented friend of hers makes these silver dolphins and she passes them on to people who she feels have a special affinity with dolphins and who are doing a lot to try to help save them as a way for her to personally say thank you.  If the dolphin is right for you and you are the one it was made for, you will immediately start to stroke its stomach.
I was so moved….  I am also so incredibly inspired and uplifted by much these young people know and how motivated they are to try to make a difference in the world.  I will come back from this tour knowing that I don’t have to believe that the world is going to pot… these kids are going to make sure that doesn’t happen.

We were put in the room downstairs at Anne’s, which had a king size 4 poster bed.  I think it was even higher than the one in the Ozarks.  I actually thought I would not be able to get into it without Steve’s help!  We also had in that room the original brass bath.  Judging by how narrow it was the people of hundred years ago must have been much thinner than us.  I bet lots of Anne’s guests can’t fit into it!  The room was on the ground floor so we could just walk out onto the grass and straight into the pool.  But the breakfast conversations were far too much of a pull and I never got to do that.  There was also a resident bunny rabbit, a tiny one which kept appearing and running around the garden and Anne has a lovely standard (large) white poodle who was ecstatic at all these people sitting around as she believed they were only there to lob her toy over the balcony for her to retrieve and bring back to your feet.  I never saw her tire of this although after an hour or two of it I was exhausted.  We were so glad again to have our camera, as Anne’s house is decorated in its original style with extremely elaborate ceilings and covings…. Lots of gold leaf and design.  It also has a 30 foot high entrance space with a lovely staircase going up into the attic rooms.  The whole house is full of wonderful artifacts… a lot of which is to do with the house itself.  So in the room Steve and I first ever slept in, when he had his Abduction experience, which affected so many in the house… one whole wall is a painted mural of the house and all the houses along the waterline of Newport.  It is beautiful and then are many paintings of the house – in the house – given to Anne as gifts from delighted guests and friends.  There are also many birds of paradise and 2 full size peacocks which are sitting on perches around the place… long since demised.. but none the less looking particularly stunning…  But of course the most spectacular thing is the view of the water and Rhode Island Sound.  To the right is the Verrazano bridge and at night it looks like a Christmas decoration as it has lights all along its length.  The sun sets over the water and again every night it was just spectacular.  One of the party is a photographer and film-maker and some of his pictures just literally took your breath away, many of them African animals up really close.  Randy has been in Africa for a long time making a film about a group of African children who had a UFO land in their school playground and ET’s got out and communicated with them.  John Mack went over to interview all the children and got them to all write down and draw exactly what they saw, without looking at each others work and they all drew the same thing.  Randy is interviewing the grown children now and making a film about the event as John was killed before he could complete it.

There are lots of outside guests who drop in for a while, one of whom is Duncan who spent years doing experiments on the reactions of plants and rocks to humans and especially to music.  Apparently he has now got a book out and everyone said it was the most incredible book they have ever read, so I will get a copy and try to read it, however Duncan has one of the most incredible brains I have ever encountered and a part of me thinks I won’t be able to understand it.  Jim, one of the Allagash twins, who is such a prolific reader said he immediately read it again and has read it 4 times more since.  He started on Steve’s book and was so emotional as he told Steve and myself that he had thought he would just dip into it before bed, but couldn’t put it down and then immediately started reading it again the next morning.  He said of the thousands of books he has read on the subject of ET’s or related physics etc.. this was the most accessible he had ever read.  He said Steve’s writing style was phenomenal and so easy to take in, and he loved the humour and the way it is written with included history of the time that the events took place in,  and the science and explanation of the metaphysical aspects of what each abduction event could mean.  He asked if he might put on a critique onto Amazon for us… (YES PLEASE!!)… because he said..”Steve is so right when he says that this book is for the common man, not for the UFO buff, every one should be reading this and I want to do whatever I can to make sure they do”
So uplifting when Steve can see that someone really ‘gets it’.
Another wonderful event was that Aletta bought in her new art work, which is works of wood, which naturally look like a subject.. a dolphin.. a sleeping woman… an unusual tree branch, naturally twisted around another..  She takes these and highly polishes and tweaks them and they were just stunning.  She also was given, before she came, a CD which her friend told her she had to bring with her.  It is a recording of Crickets. The background of the CD’s has the cricket noise continually but over it is a slowing down of their sound.  At first everyone thought it was humans trying to sing like Angels but then it sounded a bit like electronic music, but it is the most sublime sound and there is a definite tune and thread going on, in one place peaking in sound, and it reminded me of the songs of the Humpback Whales.  Duncan when he heard it said that he had already posted on his blog a few weeks before the fact that recordings have been done of the sound mice make and that too showed that they appeared to be singing… so we had some wonderful dialogues of thinking what sort of insect or creature would this technology work with.  I thought of the Circadias and hummingbirds although their sound  is made by their wings, but Bees would be very interesting as we know they impart messages to each other to relate where the best flowers are.  Duncan again went on to tell us that the Cats purr is now believed to be a sound vibration, which they put out which impacts on us humans and makes us do certain things.  It is not a sign of pleasure on their part as they do it when they are in great pain, as when they have their kittens.  So are they ‘singing’ to us?  I would love to hear all these creatures slowed down to see what it sounds like.  Most people refused to believe that it was the crickets and thought it had been interfered with in some way.  How hard it is for us to believe that our animals and insects have such a wonderful life of their own if only we would leave them be.
We also heard about the parrot who had a vast vocabulary and was telepathic.  They had his owner show pictures in one room and in the other the parrot was saying what it was.  But in one picture which showed a mans head leaning out of the window of a car, instead of saying ‘Car’ the parrot said… ‘careful.. careful.. mind your head!”  So as well as being telepathic he showed an awareness of danger!!  Wow!!  We were also told of the chimpanzee who was taught sign language and when it was finally released back with other chimpanzees tried very hard to communicate with them in this way with obviously no success.  However, when she had a baby, she taught the baby chimp sign language so this is now in the consciousness of that line of chimps, they all do it.

So this is the end of the road now as they say..  One overnight stay in NYC to catch up quickly with our beloved city.  Steve had such a hard time finding somewhere to stay as it is all sooooooooooooo expensive.  Finally he got us a stay in an apartment overlooking the Hudson river looking out to New Jersey and it is lovely.  There are two resident cats who are gorgeous, one fat and one thin.  So we called them ‘Fat Cat and Thin Cat’ as I can’t remember which one is Spanky and which one Frank!  We are back in the Village and although it is such a brief visit and people said was it worth it?, I think even a hour in NYC being able to be in its amazing energy is worth while.  We had our last good meal in America last night as we are now up and ready to travel and on the journey home and won’t have time to eat out.  We chose carefully and as it had started to rain we sat just inside the door looking out onto the outside area and then it poured for the whole time we were there, I don’t think I have ever seen such heavy rain.  People still walked by unfazed or hurried by with umbrellas sagging under the weight of this incredible downpour.  It lasted until we were ready to go home and then it cleared and the air had cleared with it.  We had a Sicilian and his wife sat next to us and Steve observed that they behaved as if they were from the Sopranos.  They were obviously well known to the waiting staff and got great service and attention.  They gave them bread, oil and balsamic and us just bread so of course Steve wanted the oil and balsamic.. he doesn’t even like them, but he did not want to be left out of the whole Italian American feel.  The lady was obviously once beautiful but had succumbed to the horrors of trout lips.  Such a shame.  Why are woman doing this, they can’t even talk properly and apart from all ending up looking the same, like trout out of water, it is so unattractive which appears to be the opposite of what they want to achieve!.  We ended up in a great dialogue with them and found that they have 3 daughters whose pictures we saw and they were stunningly beautiful as the mum must have been once.  The Man – Tony – I kid you not – said his greatest hero was Winston Churchill and he wanted to come to London to follow up on his life.  He was also a Marine in the past and loved George Bush, junior and senior.  So we kept quiet about politics only commented he was only the third American we had ever met who said they voted for him…  I think that went over their heads a bit…  We had a great time and it was a wonderful last evening.
So this tiny respite has given us time to gather up our strength for our journey home.  We are both pretty exhausted and longing for our own bed and our own comforts of our wonderful tiny home.  I am especially so looking forwards to seeing my family and friends once again.  I feel like I have been away for years.

Steve asked me if I intended to try to sum up the Tour.  I think the blog itself has done that all the way.. for me this tour has been about the incredibly kind, caring, funny and so spiritually aware American people we have met, every single step of the way, in every single walk of life. From our waiters, and waitresses to our tyre changing man.. from the shop assistants to all the wonderful conference organisers.  I just wish that the world could see this side of America so that it could rethink how it views this beautiful country.  Everyone should do a Road Trip in America. Apart from anything else, the country itself it like nothing else out there in the world.  Stunningly beautiful, quirky and soooooooo incredibly varied… I think if you did an American Road trip, which lasted all your life you still would not have seen or experienced all is has to offer.

I thank you all for reading my little scribblings.  Whenever I write I do so with such a strong sense of you all being out there, everyone who loves me and who I love in return.. I have written it for myself and for Steve but the fact that I knew you would be reading it too gave me such inspiration.

Steve had not read this Blog as I went along, not sure why but he didn’t.  He asked me recently to read it to him as we did long journeys.  We let the Beatles have a rest for a bit.
He became very emotional and said “Annie you have captured these memories for us, and so many things I had already forgotten, but you never missed a thing.  If we ever get a bit despondent about how things are going in the world, we should pick this up (he wants to put it into a book form) and we should read a chapter to remind us of how wonderful this world really is and how amazing are all the people living on it at this time… We have been so blessed to have been able to do this”

All my love and care for the last time.

TOUR DIARY – 45 - 22.7.11 All you need is love, - life according to John Lennon – Wowing the Harvard crowd – Boston library – synchronicity at work..

TOUR DIARY – 45 - 22.7.11 All you need is love,  - life according to John Lennon – Wowing the Harvard crowd – Boston library – synchronicity at work..

We stayed on specifically in Newport because there was going to be an exhibition of The Artwork of John Lennon.. it was a  Yoko tribute to Johns 70th year if he had lived.

I expected the place to be mobbed but it was a very quiet kind of exhibit and not particularly busy.

Steve and I both love John Lennon, me more so in later years, I was always a Paul fan and then George, I tended to find John too acerbic, but as the years went on I have come to so greatly admire the man and his philosophy for trying to make a difference in the world generally but particularly about the subject of Wars.  The work itself was a very mixed bag, some I loved …especially the collection he drew for his son Sean.  He would spend time with him drawing him a picture and then using the picture to explain to Sean his philosophy of life.  I did not care for the erotic sketches, mainly because I felt they were poor in rendition, but was amazed at what problems there were about them at the time they were shown in the 60’s I think.  The pictures were ‘arrested’ in London and a big court case undertaken with sides having to prove that Picassos work could be considered equally as erotic (or not, as the case was in my response!!)
There were also framed lyrics and these really touched me as so many of them were poignant emotional responses to how much he loved his woman and how much she impacted on his life and made him the man he became.  When I was a young girl working at an art school in London we had a run-in with Yoko Ono.  She came into the art school and just went around everywhere putting up her posters to publisise her ‘art installation exhibition,’ which was of 100 bare bums.  This was an art school with students in it who were related to Augustus John etc and was very highbrow.  So I was given the job to go round the school, find the posters and tear them down, and then throw them away.  As fast as I did that she came back in and put new ones up.  You had to admire her determination!!  So I never had much time for her I thought she was a really pushy lady.  However, I think she is doing a great job of keeping our memory of this amazing man alive and also of helping us to understand his complexity and diverse talents.  She said he had ideas every minute of every day and he would tell her what they were, but before he met her, he never had any thought about putting his ideas into actions.  She changed that and helped him to put his ideas – however whacky – out into the public domain.
His words and work are so current, which surprises me, he was so far ahead of his time and his peace work and ‘War is over’ campaign should, I think, be the status quo now for all of us…
Before we set off on our travels I made up numerous wonderful playlists of songs for us to listen to, but as Steve is the driver dealing with all the stress of that, I always defer to him as to the selections, (also I don’t want to have to walk if I disagree.. just kidding!…)  Steve loves the Beatles and anything of John Lennon’s, so this trip will always be linked in my mind to those songs and I have listened to them with new ears and found such delight in all the old favourites and Johns solo work.  It’s been brilliant and the only sad thing is that some moronic person wanted to be more famous than John himself and believed that the best way to do this was to kill him.  What a tragedy….
This was my most favourite quote of Johns.. in his book ‘John Lennon – one day at a time by Anthony Fawsett’ which I found for Steve in a wonderfully eccentric and eclectic bookstore in Galveston…

“All I am trying to do it make people aware that it is they themselves who have the power.  It is the people themselves who must take the initiative, and especially so if the Government does not.  And the way to mobilize this power is not through the use of violence… I’m often asked what I would replace all the mess with that we have now.  My answer to that is.. people.  Just the idea that the individual is capable of looking after himself, that we don’t need centralized government, that we don’t need father-figures and leaders and that every child is an artist until he is told he is not an artist… that every person is great until some demagogue makes him less great.  Government was an invention that I think doesn’t work.  I’m sure we will get there in the end.  It is just a matter of under what conditions.  We will not play the games of the governments.  The establishment is just a name for evil.  The monster doesn’t care .. the Blue Meanies (Governments) are insane.  We really care about life… about people.  Destruction is good enough for the Establishment.  The only thing they can’t control is the mind and we have got to fight for sanity and peace on that level.  You cannot change things with violence, that can only make it uglier and worse”

One of Johns favourite quotes was from Bradford Smith who said..
”There is a politic beyond politics which is concerned with the freedom of man’s mind and spirit.
It looks beyond communism and capitalism to the welfare of the human family”

As you can imagine we were in a very moved emotional state when we came out, I had been crying over some song lyrics and a very nice helper came along and spoke to me at length about the history of the lyrics.  We came out and sat in a little outside café opposite the exhibition door.  In Steve’s talks he gives examples of how we can change our behaviours towards each other for the better.  He says about letting people out a junctions, smiling thanks for that .. things of that nature … the simple things that could make all the difference to a persons day, as the recipient of some kind energy or other.  As we sat there talking about what had moved us the most, some people started to cross over the road.  A couple were almost across when a car beeped them very aggressively.  Either they had crossed against the lights or were not moving fast enough.  The man turned to face the car driver and gave him a huge smile, put his hands together and mouthed… “Thankyou” and nodded in his direction then waved…
Steve and I burst out laughing and said what a wonderful example of how to do it differently and not reactively.  As he neared us Steve hailed him and said how wonderful it had been for us watching his non-reaction and return with a  loving gesture to a difficult situation.  The man replied… “ I have just come out of a wonderful exhibition with a man who knew exactly what was needed for all of us and this is “Love”…   it’s all we need… I have been practicing what John said for the past 30 years and it makes my life a wonderful place.  Nothing was going to interfere with how this exhibit has made me feel today”  We both nodded our thanks to him and Steve told him that watching his behaviour …had made our day…
I was so glad I convinced Steve to stay on to see the exhibition.
Yoko is taking the exhibition all round the country and the money raised goes to various charities.  In this case a charity for the boys and girls clubs of Newport..

Back to Boston again..

I have been asked to ‘space clear’ just one area of the downstairs ‘haunted’ flat.  Not to remove the ghosts but to try to dissipate some of the heavy energy, which I can feel when I move through the rooms.  There is one particular room, which is so heavy that it feels like the energy when I stood on the site where the crystals are buried in the Ozarks and I felt myself sinking into the ground!
I did the work yesterday and it felt much lighter when I had finished.  I was sad I was not asked to invite the ghosts to leave, as I would have liked to have been in dialogue with them if they decided to not comply!!  The ghost that is fond of the little girl moves her toys around and when the little one left for her holiday she had left them in the middle of the room in a very specific order, which we made note of when we looked around.  The little girl wants to know if they are going to be untouched when she gets back and they are not as they had since been moved and scattered.  So I put them in another very specific order, in a circle in the middle of the floor and got Steve to photograph them.  So far ‘ghosty’ has left them where they are as I suspect she knows we will photograph them again as proof that she is interacting with us as well. I have a very strong belief that all that transpires in this space where the ghost resides is on her terms – the ghost herself - and I don’t agree with that at all.  I think the little girl should be left to herself.  She is obviously intensely psychic and will have enough to deal with in life without a ghost’s behaviour adding to her difficulties.

On Tuesday Steve did a wonderful talk at the home of dear friends of ours from our yearly gathering in Newport.  These were the faculty members of Harvard that we were so looking forward to meeting and persuading of alternate realities.  Rudy is the Head of Astrophysics at Harvard and his wife Jane is the most wonderfully accomplished musician with the most exquisite operatic voice.
Their home was divine with so much diversity and history and if I had a week I probably would not have been able to take in all the little wonderments all over the place.  Jane and I had a bit of a giggle once I had visited the downstairs restroom as I said …“Now Jane you know that I am going to have to write this up” to which she replied… “Annie I expected as much!!”  Suffice to say that with seating area, a bookcase full of fabulous books, wonderful pictures and sayings on the wall and a divine corner unit of extremely exotic manufacture… plus the Persian rugs.. it’s probably the most innovative restroom I have ever been in.  I just hate it when I have to come out because others want to come in… Don’t they know I am doing  RESEARCH!!!

This was Jane’s feedback to us today…

Feedback from the lovely Jane after the talk at their house…

People were amazed at the talk.
"Brilliant" and "genius" were being thrown around by people who think they've been everywhere, done everything.
Two of the books were bought by PhD's, one an educator Steven will probably be hearing from her, and another a biologist. The young people were just so excited. It was a great event and I'm so glad you could come, though I wish I could spend more time with you.

Rudy has one of the finest brains, certainly in Boston and Harvard and probably in the world when it comes to a scientific slant on the world and the stars, but over the past few years he has expanded his viewpoint way beyond his peers as did John Mack his friend at Harvard… Both these men had undertaken to explore realities beyond the accepted normality and sciences.
Rudy undertook to present his theories on what black holes can mean to us all at Laughlin, the UFO congress that Steve took me to for my 60th birthday.  His talk took in the concept of ET’s – the Higher Self – The Soul – and where the energy source for the Soul might actually reside and the life grid to which we are all connected and much.. much more.
(I would highly recommend his talk available from the UFO congress library of DVD’s.)
This intensely courageous action of speaking to such an audience about such a subject was such a huge thing for a man in his position to do.  The talk was received with a standing ovation and we applaud his courage and conviction to bring about a new awareness with regards to ET life.  I asked him how it was received when he got back to Harvard amongst his peers, that he was talking on this unusual subject.. He replied….”with total silence”  So I can only sadly report that Rudy is a wonderful one-man-band!!

The group of people present was just lovely – obviously highly intelligent and responsive to Steve’s presentation and had some interesting questions for him at the end, in the Q and A session.  What was so delightful is that there were many young people there and that is very unusual.  I am looking forward now to be able to apply for talks for Steve in University situations in England once we get home.  I’m sure that the fact of Steve’s US tour coupled with the fact also, of presenting to the elite of the Harvard Faculties will now open many doors for opportunities for Steve to speak.…we really want to speak to young people about what contact means for us all and all the youngsters who have been at Steve’s talks have been so receptive and open and so consciously aware

Steve is due to do a TV interview when he speaks at the Leeds conference when we get home and we are being told that the TV presenter is already talking about Steve and his work on the programme - well in advance of even speaking with Steve face-to-face, but just from reading the book.
One woman at Rudi’s talk asked Steve the question of how did the ET’s go about teaching him things.  A question, which often comes up and Steve dealt with that question.   However, he said he sensed that she had a lot more questions for him.  When we went out for some more sight-seeing yesterday I spoke about her and said she posed the question in a strange way.  Steve replied that it was because she was an Experiencer herself.  I asked if she had told Steve that and he replied that she hadn’t but he can always tell when someone is an Experiencer like himself.
We were strolling back to our car through the wonderfully delightful Boston Common, which is one of the prettiest parks I have ever sat in.  We were consulting our map to find our car park  .. suddenly this same woman stood in our path.
She said…”There you are, how incredible to see you here”
She went on to say that she should not have been there, but had forgotten her sunglasses and so had gone back for them, which put her directly on that path as we came along it.  She was the woman from the night before.
She went on to say that as a Life Long Experiencer she had wanted to ask Steve about a specific ET which had appeared to her but did not want to ask the questions in front of all the people at the talk who might not have known she had contact experience.
She described the ET and neither Steve nor I had ever encountered such a type before in all the descriptions we have come across and in all the information I am privy to through my Forum.  She also – like Steve – has had lifelong experiences, of which some have been physical but also ones where she is taken whilst out of her  body…
Amazingly she said she has a 31 year old son, because she herself only looked about 40.  Steve always says that ET contact makes you look really young and points out that for a 100 year old woman I look absolutely amazing for my age, all thanks to ET contact.  We spoke for about 20 minutes before parting and we talked about how interesting that she really had wanted to have that dialogue with him, but was unable to do so the night before.
So energies work it out to make that conversation happen.
Then tonight’s talk was put on by a friend of our friend who is arranging all these amazing talks.  It was in a beautiful house right in the country and again the group of people were extraordinary in the breadth of their awareness of the subject matter, their concentration and passion for every word Steve uttered and for every answer that he gave to their questions, which in themselves were brilliant questions.  I was able to meet up with another of my Forum members who I have really looked forwards to meeting.  She has been an Experiencer from a very early age like Steve and said how much she wished she could be as brave as he is to talk out in the way he is doing.
Again I was astonished to have someone come up to greet me by saying…”Ah you must be Annie, how brilliant to be able to meet you in the flesh”  It is still such a shock to me that people either know me so well through the Forum or from reading Steve’s book.  I don’t think I’ll ever get used to the idea that people so far away from me in England know all about me on this other side of the pond. I am also so moved when they thank me for the work of support I give to him so that he can be trying to convey this important message… that ET contact is all about us.. not about them.
It was an incredibly hot night though, still unbearably hot here the heatwave shows no sign at all of letting us and people have now died through heatstroke… it’s midnight now and still over 85 degrees… The Chief of police is ringing every house, via an automated message now and saying if you do not have access to air con, something which has not been deemed necessary in New England and Boston before… then you can come to a centre set up for the emergency and just stay there until it gets cool.  Last night the electricity people rang everyone to ask them to not use anything unnecessarily because of the huge strain on the power grids as people use fans and such like to try to keep cool.  So far over 100 people have died from heatstroke…

Tomorrow night will be the last talk now and that will seem very strange.  We would have done 5 talks in two weeks here in the Boston area, which is a lot to undertake, but which has also been so rewarding in terms of how much Steve truly believes he has been able to reach people and the books, which have been bought.  Altogether he would have done more than 30 presentations and I would have sat through every single one of them to support him.
An amazing commitment on both our parts.

On our way home on the dark roads  I did my usual loud cry for Steve to take care… first it was a deer running across the road and then it was something hopping and I realized it was a frog… quickly followed by another frog.  I don’t know whether to keep up my vigilance in the forest/trees by the side of the road, for the deer, or keep my eyes on the path of the road for the little critters…  Frogs are a new one for us… I hope they were able to find each other… certainly they reached the other side of the road unsquished because I yelled out ..”watch out!”  Steve says I have to stop doing it as I nearly give him a heart attack, but I can’t help it, I see the movement and then just yell for him to take care!!

On Monday we go finally for the Gathering at Rhode Island and we are really looking forward to that and meeting up with all our dear friends there. The final two days of the trip being spent in New York before we return home.
Boston has been an absolute delight and it is such a pretty city and has such an aura of intelligence and calm assurance.  (Not the car drivers though.. totally bonkers and aggressive driving) We adore NYC but this city comes in a splendid second best.  In the Library yesterday we just gazed in awe at the ceiling on the third floor, a huge mass of frescos, which would not have looked out of place in a Venetian palazzo.  Mary told me tonight when we were talking about it, that the daughter of a friend of hers won the opportunity to help to restore these frescos once money could be found to do so, as over the many years they had disappeared under a thick layer of grime. There were hundreds of people who volunteered to do the work. It was so  hard to believe now, whilst looking at their exquisite vibrancy of colour and composition that they could have ever been allowed to get sullied.  She said the girl told her that they could only clean one inch at a time and that inch could take up to an hour to do.  What a labour of love and so worth it.  The reading area was full of students working on their laptops and the energy of study and research was just palpable.  I wanted to take out my laptop and just plug in and join that energy.  Jane … bless her… reads this diary and made note of how I said I would have loved to have done a degree at Harvard so she spent a bit of time telling about the courses which I could actually take… if only…..

Strange names continued…

Smuttynose – Brewing company

I know you won’t believe this but we actually passed a Fun fair site which was called ‘The Bonkers fun house’  I love it!!

Also Mary loves a company, which deals with anything to do with cars, it is a radio show, which is called…Click and Clack .. -  Dewie Cheetam and Howe  (The Clappett brothers…)

And then tonight on the way home Steve made comment about a sign, which we see a lot saying… “Dense settlement”.
Nothing else .. no explanation.
So we were trying to decide if that means lots of trees and bushes creating a dense environment or just that the people are a bit bonkers and backwards in their thinking.  If this is the case I think it’s a bit mean to point it out to everyone else…

Lots of love

Annie

Tour Diary 44 – 18.7.11- A book review

Tour Diary 44 – 18.7.11
Finally found a Barnes and Noble which carried the copy of UFO Matrix.. for the review we have waited for……

Book Review by Malcolm Robinson for “An Invitation to the Dance”
UFO Matrix magazine – Volume 1 - edition 6

Our friend Malcolm Robinson who is co-editor for UFO Matrix as well as being a highly respected UFO researcher, originally did a 3 page review for Steve’s book.  He was so excited and enthusiastic about the book, but the editorial staff cut the review down to just a half page.  Even so it is the best review Steve has had so far apart from all the incredible comments on the Amazon Book page.

“I have just finished what for me, is one of the most amazing books on E.T contact from the British Isles.  It’s bloody stunning.  It’s not just amazing in its experiences told, but also for the style of writing which puts you, the reader of this book, firmly there in the place of the witness.  You can feel, taste, and smell, the fear and amazement of the witness as his contact experiences occur.  This astounding book is not only written from the heart but from the very soul of the person who experienced it, one Steven Jones.
He tells us that since he was five years old, he has had contact with ‘other worldly beings’ His book, he tells us, is his responsibility (as he puts it) to erect signposts for other seekers of the truth. After completing this book, I can safely say that he has done that. He further states that he didn’t just want to write a book like all the others, his book, he tells us, is a chronological record of the many events that have happened to him (and there have been a few I can tell you!)
I liked Steven’s honesty on what his book is ‘not about’. It is not about Flying Saucers or horrible tales of UFO abductions that can be found elsewhere.  This book is what it feels like to be involved in those experiences that would seem to defy explanation.  He doesn’t know on what shelf this book should be placed, but what he does know, is that it is all true, every single word of it and he is proud to share those incredible experiences with us.  He admits we might not believe him but that’s the by and by, the story must be told, the experiences must be shared.
Steve admits that what people will find within the pages of this book will challenge their belief systems but man’s progression does not happen by resting on his laurels, it comes through opening ones eyes, looking outside of the box and accepting that we, that is mankind, do not know it all and it would be foolish to think that we do.  He quite rightly asks “what is evidence?’  And although some of the events in his book have been shared by others, does that constitute real evidence?

Is this a good book then?  You’re darn right it is.  A thought provoking book of immense proportions.  A book that takes you to the front line of the contact experience.  A book that will make you stop and think that humankind is at a point in its   development that harbours some extra passengers.  We’re on a journey folks.  A journey that started with others who had (and I guess still have) an agenda.  The author of this book gives you the reader what he believes that agenda to be, it makes for sometimes harrowing and yet fascinating reading…
WOW!!!!!”

Tour Diary 43 – Money, money and more money… Provincetown, Newport and how to paint your walls with Platinum!!

Tour Diary 43 – Money, money and more money… Provincetown, Newport and how to paint your walls with Platinum!!

After resting up for a few days we decided to make the most of what time is left for us now, to take a trip down to Providence Rhode Island and Newport.

Steve gave another talk on Saturday, which went really well.  A Forum member has been arranging talks for him on this North East coast of America which is so kind of her as we know how much hard work it is to organize these things.  The talk was being combined (as lots of them have been) with other groups or organisations.  Most are Spiritual or Metaphysical, but these were  Ghost hunters. The leader of the group looks after the old cemetery in the town and obviously cared passionately about his job spec..  We were invited to go up there with them all after the talk, to conjure up some spirits to talk to.  I was up for it, as I am with anything metaphysical, although I don’t like the idea of disturbing anyone who is in the ‘long sleep’… but Steve was exhausted after his Presentation so we took the option for a pint of beer for him and a drink for me with our new friends.  We had a delightful hour or so sorting out the problems of the world and once again I come away thinking ….solutions to all the worlds problems are so obvious and commonsensical… and we had so many of them!  So why can’t our politicians see that..

We drove on down to Providence and instead of being a quaint little place like Hyannis or Gloucester it was actually a pretty large cosmopolitan city.  As it takes a while to get bearings.. find the visitors centre and then acclimatize to where you are and where to go… we spent a pretty wasteful day discovering that all the restaurants were closed on a Monday and it was so hard to park anywhere….  Not a good day then to choose to visit Providence.  I was also expecting a Riverwalk like the one in San Antonio and again it was nothing like that, so we decided to move straight on to Newport the next day and not hang around.

Although we shall be finishing our tour basically at the yearly gathering in Newport, whenever we have been here in the past, we have not had a car and so have not been able to explore.  Also the gathering is put on so that we can all just sit around all day and catch up on some pretty amazing research and histories.  To go out for the day makes that impossible to do.  So people tend to stay put in the lovely house and the exquisite salt water pool and talk all day until your body goes all wrinkly!!  We once sat down for breakfast with Barbara Lamb and the next thing we knew we were being told to get ready for dinner.  We had talked the day away.. brilliant…
So to come here to Newport for a few days of exploration is very exciting for us.

This is the truly beautiful house we shall end out tour in, for the small gathering of the UFO researchers and Experiencers, with our wonderful friend and host Anne.
What a great website this is too…..

A visit and stay in this wonderful house should be on everybody’s bucket list.

We spent one day reconnoitering the area and just generally walking and browsing and then today we set about with our plan of action.
The first thing was to visit one of the absolutely spectacularly splendid houses which line the street known as Bellevue Ave  or Millionaires row. This street practically runs the length of Newport and is lined with magnificent homes.   I truly do not believe I have ever seen such opulent dwellings in my life.  The uber-rich families like Vanderbilt’s and the like, class these as ‘cottages by the sea’.
Their house was the one we chose to do the tour of today.  It is called the Breakers – has over 70 rooms and overlooks the tip of Newport out to sea.  I thought Hearst Castle was opulent, but this place actually defied belief.  So much gold leaf everywhere.. 9 carat through to  22 carat gold leaf on every single surface.  If that wasn’t opulent enough in one room some of the panels, were thought to be painted with silver leaf but they never have aged.  So trying to find out why this is and using the most up to date carbon-micro-technology, they finally ascertained that the leaf is made of PLATINUM!!  Next to diamonds the most expensive minerals known to man..  painted on the walls… I kid you not.

In 1892 Breakers cost over $12,000,000 to build – what that equates to now, I have no idea.  $500,000  of that alone was in marble.

The house had a lovely feel to it as if the Vanderbilt’s had been very happy there but in fact of their 7 children 4 died tragically which was very sad.

Take a look…

The difficulty I have and had with such incredible wealth, as is so visible here in Newport, is the discrepancy between the haves and the have nots.  Why should one group of people have soooooooooooo much money… an obscene fortune of £200,000,000 in early 19th century..  Even Vanderbilt thought it too much and consequently divided up his wealth and gave over the parts to corporations.  Also up until 1913 there was no tax and so everything they earned they kept.  Wouldn’t we all love that to be the status quo now?  Or at least to be able to keep enough of what you earn so that you can live without the constant struggle.  How did we reach this situation where taxes are just taking away everyone’s quality of life?

The houses in Newport especially are just exquisite and so many of the owners proudly try to keep them maintained and in the style they were built in, but the taxes on the houses are just destroying the owners.  With the recession so much of the value of the houses has plummeted, but the taxes have not.  How completely unfair is that!.  The taxes went up every time a house along the waterfront was sold and as the prices improved so they put up the taxes.
It is time for revolution and for the house owners to refuse to pay elevated prices and to demand the taxes go back in time to the value of the house in that time.
The more we put up with things the more things are put on us.

Newport is such a lovely little place if you enjoy anything Nautical, which I do.
So tonight we had a decision to make as to whether to go to an outside play of the Tempest, to do a sunset cruise on a sailing boat or to watch the baseball match in town.  I really wanted to do the baseball match.  However, it was soooooo hot… still… that I got overheated and Steve sensibly said any one of those things was silly to do, as I would not be able to cope.  I had to agree.  (I wish I had a normal Thyroid like other people!!)

So we went to the beach and sat down to watch the waves and the sun to set.. and instead we watched some incredible ominous black clouds come over.  We got back to the car just in time as the heavens opened and loud thunder and lightning cracked the skies.  If we had been in any one of the outside ventures we would have got very wet indeed.  Hopefully the storm will clear the air somewhat and it might be a bit more normal temperature wise tomorrow.  We have heard that South Carolina is just sweltering with people getting sunstroke and not being able to venture out much.  I am so glad we were able to move up north to a few degrees cooler.

It all makes me so glad to be English and to love our gentle climate and our rainy weather.  I shall look forward to getting back to a more normal temperature.  Even our sunniest days are so bearable…

Loads of love

Annie

Steve says I should put in about the piece of antique furniture to sit on which was in the restrooms of the  Breakers… but really it’s all that you would expect surely? Nothing odd about that….
